Time to Talk Day

Time to Talk Day is a mental health awareness day on 3rd February. Mental health organizations across the UK and Ireland use this day to shine a light on conversations around mental health and combat the judgment and shame that surrounds it. 

As the name suggests, the day is used to start conversations between family, friends, and colleagues about mental health and create an environment where we all support each other. The goal is to make everyone feel comfortable talking about mental health whenever they need to and reduce the stigma that is often attached to these types of conversations. Time to Talk Day is supposed to kick off this change.
